The Fleurs Creative studio space is available to rent for small gatherings.
Located in historic downtown Snohomish, we are just around the corner from the bustling First Street.
Historically our space served as the dry loft for sugar & flour for the Snohomish Bakery that once resided down stairs.
It now serves as our flower loft!
A historic building built in 1905 with quirky charm, a place where one’s creativity can bloom.
Baby & Bridal Showers, Team Building Events, Workshops & Classes, Birthday Parties, Photo Shoots and more…
1,000 Square Feet where people can have room to relax, learn, celebrate … gather together.
Located in the heart of Historic Downtown Snohomish.
Just around the corner from First Street, we are located on Avenue A — our brick building is next to Cabbage Patch Restaurant.
We have a plethora or restaurants, breweries, wine bars, and adorable boutiques just out our front door! Plus, easy access to the walking trail along the river.

Fleurs Creative Studio rents for $100 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.
In our petite prep area we have:
Farm Sink with hot water
Dishwasher
Microwave
Tea Kettle & French Press
Guests are welcome to bring in outside food and drink for your event.
Banquet permit is required for any alcohol served on the premises.
There is ample parking on Avenue A street and all of the surrounding streets.
Parking is free in Snohomish.

If you are a florist working on a destination wedding/event .. Yes, we do rent out our studio space to traveling florists.

Absolutely no smoking of anything or incense is allowed in our studio space.
Absolutely no open flame, including birthday candles or sparklers are allowed in our studio space.
No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed back materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. These bricks are well over 100 years old and do not like to be messed with, please help us preserve our historic building.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund of their Booking Price.
Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
